THREE STEP HIRING PROCESS

TELL US ABOUT THE SKILLS REQUIRED

The first step and most important, is to identify for us what exactly it is that you are looking for in a Virtual Assistant. This will be crucial and valuable information when we search for the best candidates. We understand that business needs can vary significantly which is why providing us with this info is key. (Please provide as many details as possible.)








INTERVIEW YOUR CANDIDATES

After supplying us with all the information, our staff begins the process of finding the perfect match. We understand your time is valuable which is why we only shortlist those bests who are meeting your requirements. UPSOURCE MEDIA carries out the following protocol when shortlisting candidates.

  • Interested candidates are passed through a process for screening.
  • Time zones are verified.
  • A list of qualified VAs is emailed to you.
  • Choose which candidates to interview.
  • Conduct and send a short video of the interview.

FINALIZE THE HIRE

After shortlisting and interviews, you are done! You now have a virtual assistant!  We then provide you with some tools and reports of their performance on a weekly basis. Tools include:

  • Time Tracker
  • Daily Progress Report
  • Time Sheet
  • Completed Task List Daily
  • List of Hours Worked Per Week
